Leah Olson
Creative leader, brand strategist, and storyteller with a passion for doing good work for good people
Growing up on a farm, my first job was mucking stalls, scrubbing buckets, and feeding calves. My dad, a master dairyman, taught me how to work hard, take pride in my craft, lead with confidence and compassion, solve complex problems, and fix just about anything with bailing twine. But most importantly, he taught me that it’s not just what you do, but how you do it and why.
It’s been a while since I’ve pulled on my barn boots, but those early lessons guide my work to this day. Whether I’m crafting brand and marketing strategies, leading creative pitches, launching data-informed campaigns, or mentoring green designers, I bring smiles, optimism, and a relentless drive to create work that resonates, drives action, and delivers results.
Away from my desk, you’ll find me making Halloween costumes from recycled material, backpacking with friends and family, rock climbing with the best buddies a girl could ask for, and dreaming up “million-dollar ideas” that I’ll absolutely never act on.
