I’m Leah Olson.
Creative Director.
Strategist. Storyteller.
Growing up on a farm, my first job involved mucking stalls, feeding calves, and learning how to fix just about anything with baling twine. My first boss (my dad) taught me how to work hard, take pride in my craft, and lead with confidence. More importantly, he taught me that it’s not just what you do, but how you do it, and why.
It’s been a while since I’ve pulled on my barn boots, but those lessons still guide how I show up as a creative leader. My work lives at the intersection of strategy and storytelling: turning complex ideas into clear, human-centered creative that informs, surprises, and (ideally) delights. I move between big-picture brand thinking and hands-on design craft, often in the same hour.
Whether I’m setting creative vision, guiding campaign development, or mentoring a team of designers, I bring curiosity, smiles, and a relentless drive to create work that matters. I live for the moments when work becomes play and the hours fly by, when joy seeps into the work in ways the audience can feel. I’m at my best working alongside thoughtful, passionate, collaborative teams—asking good questions, sweating the details, and building experiences that resonate, inspire action, and deliver impact.
Away from my desk, you’ll find me making Halloween costumes from treasures I found in our neighbors recycling bin, backpacking in the PNW with my family and friends, rock climbing with the best climbing buddies in the world, and dreaming up “million-dollar ideas” that I’ll absolutely never act on.
